Our service department operates on an appointment basis Monday through Friday, 9-6. During riding season (April through November), Saturdays are reserved for "first-come-first-served" appointments. In an effort to assist as many people as possible we have limited these no-appointment services to include oil changes, tire changes, inspections, accessory installation, basic suspension servicing and general baseline tuning. Valve adjustments, suspension rebuilds and detailed or complex service operations can not be performed on Saturdays. If you are unsure about a job please feel free to call and check first.
Our parts department keeps all regular maintenance items in stock along with many performance parts, apparel, and safety equipment. We also have a line of DP special parts including rear sets, clutch covers and more. We accept Mastercard, Visa, Discover, American Express, and PayPal and ship daily by USPS Priority mail and FedEx Ground (faster shipping options are available upon request).
We are not your typical online store.
We continue to work closely with our suppliers to offer a selection of hand-picked quality Ducati aftermarket parts. At the same time we are expanding our used parts department as well.
Our goal is to work directly with the manufacturer to cut out the middle man and pass the savings onto our customers. Currently we are importing most of our parts from Eastern Europe and the UK. We can ship the same day because we stock everything we sell.
Most companies advertise low prices but don't have the products on hand to deliver. We fill over 99% of our orders the same day. Our website features an inventory counter to let you know what we have in stock.
Unlike most Internet based companies, we are a full time business staffed with full time enthusiasts.
